THE STUDIO

Wellness and work, work together. We believe in work/life balance at Newport Street Retreat. Without proper outlets to fuel our body and mind, we can become less productive, unhealthy and ultimately, burned out. The problem is finding affordable, accessible outlets during our busy days.
But, what if those opportunities were right at your fingertips and down the hall from your office? What if yoga could happen over lunch and meditation after work… all without a commute?
One of Newport Street Retreat’s primary offerings is wellness where you work! We offer a variety of yoga, meditation and fitness classes, as well as educational workshops in The Studio every day. We are also proud to partner with our flagship yoga and meditation instructor, Tina Porter, who leads a majority of the wellness events that we host here.

YOGA, MEDITATION & FITNESS

Newport Street Retreat is proud to partner with nationally-recognized and renown yoga/meditation instructor, Tina Porter. Tina has been teaching for over 15 years and focuses on the psychology of yoga and integration of breath into every day life. She has taught classes, workshops and retreats all over the world including in Mexico, Nepal and Nicaragua. Tina has taught for The Yoga Journal Conference, Open Sky Events: Yoga Rocks the Park, The Telluride Yoga Festival and a series of Yoga Rocks the Mountains across the Front Range. In addition to offering regular yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings by Tina, The Studio also hosts a variety of other classes and is an excellent space for corporate workshops and private gatherings or events. We are thrilled to have Tina leading The Studio and look forward to seeing you on your mat!
